1. Who we are
ScrewAgencies (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website screwagencies.com (the “Site”). We help businesses recruit, train and install a dedicated in-house senior marketer. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us. The Site contains no forms. If you choose to contact us, you do so through WhatsApp; we then receive the information you send us there — typically your name, phone number, company name and details about your business and advertising. Messages exchanged on WhatsApp are also subject to the WhatsApp Privacy Policy.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site we and our service providers collect standard usage data: pages viewed, actions taken on the page (for example opening a section or clicking a contact button), approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and referral source. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies described below.
3. Advertising, cookies and the Meta Pixel
We use the Meta Pixel (provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.) on the Site. The Pixel sets cookies and collects event data — such as page views and button clicks — so that we can measure the performance of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram, build audiences for advertising, and show you ads that are more relevant to you. You can control advertising cookies and interest-based ads through:
- Meta ad preferences — to manage how Meta uses your data for ads;
- optout.aboutads.info and youronlinechoices.eu — industry opt-out tools;
- your browser settings — to block or delete cookies at any time.
We may also push analytics events to a tag-management data layer (for example Google Tag Manager) for the same measurement purposes.
4. How we use information
- To respond to your enquiry and evaluate whether our service fits your business;
- To provide, operate and improve the Site and our services;
- To measure and improve our advertising, including on Meta platforms;
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Sharing
We share information only with:
- Service providers that operate the Site and our communications — including Vercel (hosting), Meta Platforms (advertising and analytics) and WhatsApp/Meta (messaging) — each acting under their own privacy terms;
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where necessary;
- Authorities where required by law.
6. Data retention
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to evaluate and provide our services, and analytics/advertising data for the retention periods set by the relevant provider (for Meta Pixel data, per Meta's policies). You can ask us to delete correspondence at any time.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at ceo@screwagencies.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
8. International transfers
Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses implemented by those providers.

The Site is directed at businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
